MENOPAUSE

Menopause in women is a period when the reproduction year came to an end. It occurs in the mid or late forties. It signifies the end of female reproductive period of life. Once this phase is reached the menstrual cycle ends completely.

Symptoms of Menopause:-

Hot flashes
Sleep problems
Vaginal dryness
 Aches and pain
Bladder problems
Skin problems
Emotions etc.

Causes of Menopause:-

Complex series of hormonal changes
Due to fall of estrogen levels
Natural decline of reproductive hormones
Primary ovarian insufficiency.

Home remedies for Menopause:-

Intake of calcium content food is necessary for the women in the stage of menopause
Take a teaspoon of carrot seeds and boil them in the milk about 10 minutes and take daily as a medicine
Menopausal women should drink plenty of water and fresh fruit juices
Soy regulates the cholesterol levels, makes bone strong and improves hot flashes.
Avoid mental and emotional stress.
Take 4-5 drops of prime rose oil 2-3 times a day. It is one of the useful home remedy for menopause problem
Take a cup of beet juice adding sugar for taste and drink beet juice 2-3 times a day.
