Dizziness during pregnancy

Pregnancy is the time when your body gets major changes such as dizziness. Dizziness is not at all a serious and it causes no worry. Dizziness is a normal symptom during the time of pregnancy. It is common in the first trimester. There are some symptoms by which we can feel the problem of dizziness. Some of them are such as

Loss of balance,
light headedness
faint feeling,
weakness,
continuous rotation of  self or surrounding
nausea
And blurring of vision as head spins. Etc

Causes of Dizziness during pregnancy:-

Due to rising hormones that cause your blood vessels to relax is the main cause of dizziness during pregnancy
Low blood pressure
A low blood sugar level that may occur as the body adapts to changes in metabolism is also a cause for dizziness during pregnancy.
Growing uterus during the second trimester may also cause dizziness

Home Remedies for Dizziness during pregnancy:-

Taking deep breathes is the best remedy for dizziness during pregnancy.
Mix two teaspoons of wheat germ in to lukewarm milk and taking through mouth helps you avoid dizziness
Consumption of caffeine and alcohol should be strictly avoided.
Eating food that are rich in iron is beneficial
Black tea mixed with crushed ginger is helpful for you to control dizziness
Soak above 5 grams of goose berry fruit overnight with coriander seeds. Consume the water after residue. You can sweeten the liquid with sugar if you found it bitter.
Reduce the intake of salty contents in the diet.
