Joint pains

Joint pain is one of the symptom of Arthritis. It may affects one or more joints. It may be caused due to various injuries or condition. Joint pain may also be caused by the inflammation of the bourse. The bourse are fluid filled sac that cushion and pad the bony parts permitting free movement of muscles and tendons the bone.

Causes for joint pains:

Arthritis plays important role for joint pains.
Tendinitis and Bursitis are   also plays the  major  role for joint pains
Joint wounds are also one of the reason

Home Remedies for joint pains:

Massaging with coconut oil is one of the best home remedy for joint pains.
Eating fried garlic cloves in butter gives you relief from joint pains.
Having warm bath gives you great relief for joint pains.
Regular yogic  exercises are recommended to keep away the joint pains
Taking Banana juice or carrot juice regularly is helpful for relief of joint pains.
Taking a glass of hot milk with a pinch of turmeric in it at the bed time helps you to keep away the joint pains.
Take 1/2 table spoons of turmeric and mix in the luke warm water and drink it three times a day. This remedy also works over arthritis.
Mix 1 table spoon of Camphor oil with 1 table spoon of sunflower oil and massage the affected area. It gives you great relief.
Alternate hot and cold fermentation of the joint gives you immediate relief.
Consuming papaya seeds tea is very effective in preventing joint pains.
