             Many people don’t care about the health of their gall bladder, whereas it has an important job. Gallbladder is a pear shaped muscular or organ that is located underside the liver that has a job to collect and store bile. The main difference of this organ with other organs is that it doesn’t necessary keep the body healthy and functioning. That is why many people are not aware of the dangerous risk that can happen if they don’t take care of their gall bladder.

             To avoid the risk, people should do a gallbladder diet.  Just like other kinds of diet there are gallbladder diet restrictions. By doing this diet and obeying the gallbladder diet restrictions, it may not help cure gallbladder disease, but it will help people to keep healthy and avoid the gallbladder disease. For those who already suffer from the disease should also follow a low fat-diet. With the gallbladder diet restrictions, it will help patients live a healthy life. To help people have a healthy life there are some gallbladder diet restrictions that people must obey. There are some foods that they must avoid and there are also foods that they must eat. Fatty or fried foods and red meat are forbidden for people who have or close to getting a disease. Change your meals to food that are healthy such as salads but with vinegar and olive oil. Also try not to take a big meal before bed. One of the most things that people will have to avoid is drinking carbonated drinks. Drinking this will only cause more pain. These gallbladder diet restrictions may be quite hard to follow but it is better to try.

            Now other than the gallbladder diet restrictions there are some foods that they must consume. Grains and breads are some examples of food that are healthy to consume. But avoid eating breads that are made from eggs or fat such as biscuits and doughnuts. Fruits and vegetables are also much recommended to have. In one day, they should at least consume three or more daily servings of these two foods. Now having a healthy life and taking care of your gallbladder isn’t that hard. Just obey the gallbladder diet restrictions and you can live healthy.
