Depression
Depression is a problem which involves body, mind and thoughts. It is not a physical disease which will vanish with in days. It is the state of interfereswith the daily acts of life resulting poor performance or out put.
It gives you negative thoughts for each and every thing. It may occurs due to emotional or mental stress. This may also happens due to high intake of antibiotics. Sometimes overstress and over anxiety may also leads to depression. The major risk is in extreme cases of depression is suicide.

Home Remedies for Depression:
1. Take a cup of boiling water and add some fresh rose petals and sugar to it and drink when ever you feel depressed.
2. Taking Licorice tea ( not more than three cups a day) is useful remedy for depression.
3. Eat an apple with milk and honey. It will uplift your mood and acts as a good home remedy for depression.
4. Relaxation and meditation are also effective for depression
5. Drinking fresh orange juice in the breakfast time keeps your mood fresh and helps you to get rid of depressive mood.
