LEG PAINS

Leg pain is the pain that can occur in knees, foot and other parts of the legs. Pain in the leg is very common among the people who undertake heavy physical activities every day. It can be caused by many factors such as accidental injury or the damage of any leg nerve.

Causes of leg pain:-

Muscle strain
General weakness
Over exertion
 Long standing
 Arthritis
Excess  walking
Nervous strain

Symptoms of Leg pain:-

Muscular contraction
Pain in knees, hips and foot
Unable to do hard physical work
Pain in muscles

Home Remedies for Leg pain:-

Take warm water bath with Epsom salt. Epsom salt contains magnesium which is good pain reliever.
Rubbing with lobelic paste also provide relief from leg pain.

Massaging with oils like coconut oil, mustard oil etc gives faster relief from legs pain.

Dry the methi leaves under sun for 4-5 days. Mix it in a glass of water and drink in early morning. This acts the one of the best home remedy for legs pain

Do regular warm oil massage in downward direction to get relief from leg pain

Include liberal amount of ginger in your daily diet as it has excellent pain killing properties.
Take healthy balanced diet

Consuming 3-4 wall nuts early in the morning with empty stomach helps you very much to control leg pain

Take a glass of lemon water and add a pinch of salt to it and drink. It acts as a good home remedy for legs pain.

1-2 teaspoons of fenugreek powder in the morning water is also acts as an effective home remedy for legs pain.
